The Hotel Le Toiny was acquired by the partners of New Waterloo in early 2007 and were managed under the Relais & Chateaux umbrella. Le Toiny was and remains positioned as the top hotel and restaurant in St Barthelemy. Situated in the area of the island referred to as the Côte Sauvage, each of the 15 private guest villas are situated on a gentle slope overlooking the Bay of Toiny, its beach, and the blue waters of the Caribbean Sea. The property’s 37-acres offers an environment to relax and recharge whether it be on the hotel’s private beach or walking the private trails overlooking the best surf break on the island. New Waterloo also operated the gourmet restaurant, Le Gaiac. New Waterloo sold the property in 2015.
